"The aim of the project is to team pairs of schools and have them exchange a 'Teddy Bear". The bear then sends home a description of its adventures, the places it has been, as well as the things it has seen and done. Aimed initially at the lower primary/elementary years the first project quickly spread to enthusiastic secondary students. The project aims to enhance understanding and acceptance of diverse cultures for those involved."
