Singapore Does Some Unwiring. Cafe chain and libraries get Wi-Fi: StarHub of Singapore said it is offering Wi-Fi in 21 cafes owned by the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf chain. Also in Singapore, SingTel has built hot spots in 23 libraries -- apparently all the public libraries in the country. Users have to pay to use them but as part of the fee they get access to a huge electronic collection[~]23,000 electronic books, magazines and journals....
