Fledgling telco COMindico has been restructured under a new chief and has launched direct broadband services to compete with Telstra. In the past few weeks, the company, which has invested $200 million rolling out Australia's first national Internet protocol (IP) network, has undergone a shake-out of middle management, marketing and sales.
